Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of courses, certification programmes, digital workbooks, assessments and related digital learning services offered by Yoova Business Broking Pvt Ltd (“YBB”).
No Refund After Course Access Is Granted
YBB provides digital course access immediately or shortly after successful payment. Once course access, video access, workbook access, assessment access or any other digital learning material has been provided or activated, no refund, cancellation, transfer or exchange will be permitted.
This applies whether or not the learner has watched videos, downloaded the workbook, attempted an assessment or completed the programme.
Why This Policy Applies
The programme includes instant access to proprietary digital learning material, workbooks, assessments and certification resources. Once access is provided, these resources cannot be returned.
Please review the course details, eligibility, pricing and programme requirements carefully before making payment.
Exceptional Payment Issues
A refund may be considered only where: • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical payment error; or • Payment was successfully debited but course access was not granted, and YBB is unable to provide access within a reasonable time.
For such issues, contact info@ybbindia.com within 48 hours of payment, with your registered email address, payment date, transaction ID and proof of payment.
Where a duplicate charge is verified, YBB will process the applicable refund through the original payment method.
No Refund for These Reasons
Refunds will not be issued for: • Change of mind; • Lack of time or failure to use the programme; • Failure to complete lessons, assignments or examinations; • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations; • Lack of business results, deal closures, employment, income or certification outcome; • Technical issues caused by the learner’s device, internet connection, browser or incorrect email address; • Account sharing, misuse, breach of Terms of Use or examination misconduct; • Promotional, discounted or bundled purchases, unless required by applicable law.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
